Prices
What do lash extensions cost?
New sets start at €119 (Classic 1:1), Soft Volume and UV/LED at €139, Mega Volume at €149. Full list on the Prices page.
What does a refill cost?
Refills from €75 (Classic), €80 (2D-4D or UV/LED), €90 (5D-10D). Refill within 10 days is €60.
What do brow and lifting treatments cost?
Lash lifting from €80, brow lifting €90, lifting combo €140. Tinting €30 each, combined €40.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Online bookings via Treatwell follow their terms — usually no deposit. Message us on WhatsApp if you have questions.
Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Easiest way is online via Treatwell — tap "Book Now" below. You'll see live availability and can pick your treatment directly.
What happens at my first visit?
We briefly discuss your desired look, pick the right technique (Classic, Soft Volume, UV/LED, Volume), and start the treatment. Plan around 2 hours for a new set.
How can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations and changes are handled via your Treatwell booking confirmation. Please give us at least 24 hours notice.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
We work by appointment so we can give each client our full attention. Message us on WhatsApp — sometimes we have last-minute slots.
Services
Which lash techniques do you offer?
Classic 1:1, Soft Volume 2D-5D, UV/LED lash extension, Volume 6D-10D, refills, and lash lifting. We'll advise you on the right look at your appointment.
How long does a treatment take?
New set ~2 hours, refill ~1–1.5 hours, lash lifting ~1 hour. Plan a little buffer.
Do you also do brows?
Yes — brow tinting, brow lifting, and lifting combos with lashes. See the Prices page for details.
Aftercare
What should I avoid in the first 24 hours?
With classic adhesive: avoid water, steam, solarium and sauna. With UV/LED there's no waiting time at all.
How do I care for my lashes daily?
Clean gently with lash shampoo, comb with a small brush after drying. Don't rub, don't pull. Avoid oil-based products and waterproof mascara.
When should I refill?
Every 2 to 3 weeks. After 4 weeks the work equals a new application.
How long do the lashes last?
With good aftercare, weeks. UV/LED extends durability further and lets you shower from day one.

Where is the studio?
Herrengasse 6-8/1/48, 1010 Vienna — in the 1st district, right at the Herrengasse U-Bahn stop (U3).
What are your opening hours?
Mon–Fri 09:00–19:00. Saturday by availability (see Treatwell). Sunday closed.
How do I get there?
Take the U3 to Herrengasse — we're just a few steps from the exit. Tip: the Contact page has a "Plan Route" button that opens Google Maps.
