Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process your data strictly within the legal framework (GDPR, Austrian DSG). This privacy policy explains what data we process and why. The German version is legally authoritative.

2. Processing at a glance

When you visit this website, technically necessary data is processed. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only loaded after your explicit consent. Appointment bookings are handled by our partner Treatwell.

3. Server log files

When the website is accessed, your browser automatically transmits information that is temporarily stored in log files (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is deleted after a short period.

4. Cookies & consent

We use a consent management tool (Klaro) that lets you decide which cookies to allow. Technically necessary cookies (e.g. storing your cookie choice) are always set. Analytics cookies are only activated after your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics is loaded only after your consent. Your IP address is processed in anonymised form (anonymize_ip). Information about your use of the website (e.g. pages visited, approximate region, device type) is collected to improve the website. 6. Online booking (Treatwell)

For online appointment booking we embed a widget from our partner Treatwell (Treatwell GmbH / Wahanda). When you make a booking, the data you enter (e.g. name, contact details, chosen treatment) is processed by Treatwell as an independent controller. 7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise these rights, contact the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).

8. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. The cookie consent is stored for 180 days.
